1. Who controls your data

The data controller is Artnet Artur Opanowski, ul. Kręta 3a/2, 16-070 Porosły, gm. Choroszcz, pow. białostocki, woj. podlaskie, NIP 8471625666, REGON 387491593. Write to artnetdevcompany@gmail.com about anything concerning your personal data.

Account: account name, player name, e-mail address, password (stored only as a hash), creation date and — if you turn it on — two-factor authentication settings.
Gameplay: match results, ranking points, division, streaks, the champions, skins, avatars and items you own, and your chest history. Some of it (player name, division, result) is public on the rankings and the online players list.
Community: forum posts and the images attached to them, chat messages, your friends list, map reports and reviews. What you post is visible to other players.
Payments: order id, amount, currency, status, dates and failure reason. Our orders table holds no personal data about the buyer beyond the account id. We never receive your card number, expiry date, CVV or banking credentials.
Server logs: IP address, time, requested address, browser identifier. The buyer's IP address is also passed to the payment operator, whose anti-fraud checks require it.

Cloudflare — the icon stylesheet (Font Awesome) is loaded straight from cdnjs.cloudflare.com, so your browser contacts Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) and passes it your IP address. This happens on every page, whether or not you are logged in.
The social media links in the header are plain links, not embedded widgets — nothing is sent to those services until you click.
We do not sell your data and we run no analytics or advertising tools.

Account and gameplay data: while the account exists, plus 12 months. Transaction data: 5 years, as Polish tax law requires. Public content (forum posts, published maps): until you or a moderator delete it. Server logs: up to 12 months.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Some of it you can do yourself under Personal data in your account panel. For the rest, write to artnetdevcompany@gmail.com; we answer within one month.
You may also complain to the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

Only the ones the site needs to work: the cookie that keeps you logged in, the one protecting forms against abuse, and the one remembering your chosen language. No tracking, no analytics, no ads.
